These can be retaken over time to measure the effect of wellbeing and professional services used to improve the outcomes.
WELLBEING SERVICES
Based on scores, users are provided with Professional and Always Fit Health’s unique recommendations to address and improve the outcomes. Users have access to a range of free wellbeing content such as exercise, nutrition, alternative therapies etc. within the app as well as access to vetted Professionals for further advice, coaching or treatment.
